This database provides some of the most comprehensive drug information, including descriptions, interactions and precautions. National Library of Medicine

The National Library of Medicine's MEDLINE® database consists of more than 11 million references to articles published in 4,500 biomedical journals and can be accessed free of charge online via PubMed®. In addition, PubMed offers free access to additional life science references and older citations that were traditionally not available through MEDLINE.

Physician’s Desk Reference

The Physician's Desk Reference (PDR®) provides you with safe and secure up-to-the-minute FDA-approved information on more than 4,000 prescription drugs and important data on more than 250 drug manufacturers. Available online through Medical Economics, the information on this site is free to physicians. You’ll have to register separately to use the PDR.net. Follow the instructions provided.
