What CVS Caremark is Doing
As a critical infrastructure organization responsible for the distribution of medicines to millions of Americans, it is our job to minimize any pandemic disruption so that our members have their medicines in the event of an emergency.
Along with a comprehensive continuity plan, we have several regional call centers and medication distribution centers across the United States. In the event of isolation or quarantine, we can seamlessly redistribute work to help ensure uninterrupted service.
