Major Pharmaceuticals Eyewash Class I Recall

On March 8, 2017, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a notice regarding a Class I Recall of eye wash manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals. This recall was issued due to due to microbial contamination. Use of a contaminated product could be calamitous for any population since there is a reasonable probability of a potentially sight-threatening eye infection.
