Tears Naturale Free Eye Drops Consumer-Level Recall

On February 16, 2016, Alcon issued a consumer-level recall of Tears Naturale Free eye drops. This recall was issued because a portion of the single-use vials in the affected lot were filled with water rather than with the product solution. 

This recall affects lot number KRJ006 exp. 09/30/17. The affected lot went into distribution October 23, 2015. No other lots are affected by this recall.
