Glenmark Voluntary Recall

On April 25, 2022, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc. issued consumer-level recalls for multiple products. These recalls were issued due to gaps in the manufacturer’s laboratory facility’s quality controls and processes, and to lack of stability data.

This may represent a potential health hazard or safety risk to patients using product(s) affected by this recall.

Glenmark has advised that consumers using recalled product should contact their healthcare provider and discontinue use. Consumers should contact their physician or healthcare provider if they have experienced any problems that may be related to taking or using this product.

CVS Caremark Response: Because of this action, CVS Caremark is contacting patients and prescribers to advise them of this recall. We are encouraging patients who are taking these products to contact their prescriber.
