Spironolactone Tablets Consumer-Level Recall

On January 27, 2021, Bryant Ranch Prepack (BRP) issued a consumer-level recall of Spironolactone 25 mg and 50 mg tablets. This recall was issued due to potential mislabeled package displaying incorrect strength information.

This may represent a potential health hazard or safety risk to plan members who may be using product affected by this recall.

A list of the affected products and lot numbers is provided here.

BRP recommends that consumers should be directed to return product.
